At Atlas Mental Healthcare, we have partnered with Headway to manage the billing and insurance verification process so our provider can place all their focus on care for our clients. When booking an appointment, you will receive an email from Headway to set up a patient payment portal. Headway will verify your insurance prior to your appointment allowing you to see your cost per session ahead of time. We accept most major insurance carriers and super bills can be provided upon request.
We ask patients to please reschedule or cancel appointments as needed at least 24-hours prior to your appointment. There is a $50 non-refundable fee for patients who do not keep their scheduled appointments. A list of session formats and price for self-pay customers are listed below.
Atlas Mental Healthcare Services
Atlas Mental Healthcare provides services for Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Medication Management, PTSD, and Sleep Disorders.
Initial Consultation – 60 minutes
$200 – Private Pay
This comprehensive evaluation explores your full medical history and identifies and addresses your current mental health needs. We will develop an initial working diagnosis and discuss treatment options, medications, and establish a treatment plan.
Medication Management – 20 minutes
$100 – Private Pay
During this follow up we will discuss medication management needs and continue to adjust medication to therapeutic doses as needed.
